What sizes are available for Healthy Socks?
Healthy Socks are available in three sizes: EU 36–40, EU 41–46, and One Size Fits All.
The One Size Fits All option covers EU sizes 36–45, designed to comfortably fit most feet thanks to soft, flexible materials that adapt over time — even through long shifts and countless washes.

What materials are Healthy Socks made of?
Our regular socks are made from 80% combed cotton, 17% polyamide, and 3% elastane — giving you the softness you want, the stretch you need, and the durability healthcare demands.
Every pair is designed with care to stay breathable, flexible, and comfortable, even after long hours on your feet.

How should I wash my Healthy Socks?
To keep your socks feeling great and looking fresh, we recommend:
- Wash inside out
- Cold or gentle cycle (max 30°C / 86°F)
- Use mild detergent
We use high-quality fabrics built for daily wear — but good care helps extend their life and keeps the colors vibrant, even after frequent washing.

Can I iron my Healthy Socks?
We recommend avoiding ironing or bleaching your socks.
High heat can damage the fibers and reduce the softness and elasticity.
Skip the iron — your socks will stay smooth on their own.
Can I tumble dry my Healthy Socks?
While our socks are durable, they’ll last even longer if you skip the dryer.
Air drying helps preserve the fabric, maintain color vibrancy, and keep the fit perfect — wash after wash, shift after shift.

What are the shipping costs?
We offer free shipping on all orders over €30.
For smaller orders:
- Netherlands: €4.95
- Belgium: €7.95
- Other countries: shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on destination and weight.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation — what should I do?
Order confirmations are usually sent within minutes.
If you haven't received anything after 24 hours (and it's not in your spam folder), please contact us.
We'll check your order status and make sure everything is on track.
Where can I find my tracking number?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking code.
If the link doesn’t work right away, simply copy the tracking code and enter it directly on your local carrier’s website (e.g. PostNL for Dutch orders).

Why is my tracking status not updating?
Once your package is handed over to the carrier, tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
If you see no updates after this window, feel free to contact us so we can double-check the status for you.
Do you ship internationally?

I haven’t received my order — what now?
If you haven’t received your socks after 5 business days (NL/BE) or longer for international orders, please contact us.
We’ll investigate immediately and make sure your package arrives safely.
Your satisfaction is our priority — we’ll always find a solution.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No worries — most of our orders fit directly into your mailbox (up to 8 pairs), so you don’t need to be home.
You’ll still receive full tracking to monitor your delivery.
There’s a problem with my order — what should I do?
If something’s missing or incorrect in your order, contact us directly.
Please include your order number — this helps us resolve your issue faster and ensures any missing items are sent out quickly.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window after your order has been delivered.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition.
- Seals or hygienic packaging must remain unopened.
- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
We currently do not offer free return shipping.
You may choose any shipping provider to return your package to us.

Can I exchange my items?
