Shipping Information – Healthy Socks

Ordering from our webshop is fast and simple. For every product, the availability status and estimated delivery time are clearly displayed — including whether an item is a pre-order.

Once your order is placed, you will first receive a confirmation email with your unique order number. After processing, your order will be handed over to our shipping partner. You will then receive a Track & Trace code within 3 days, allowing you to follow your delivery in real time.

Order Handling Time

• Standard handling and processing time: 3 days

• Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed the next business day.

Pre-Orders & Restock Deliveries

Some products are offered as pre-orders. These items are not yet in stock and display an expected shipping window on the product page.

• Pre-orders are always fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.

• If your order contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, the full order ships together once all products are available.

• Estimated delivery times for pre-orders start counting from the moment your order is dispatched, not from the purchase date.

During periods of high demand or restocks, processing times may be slightly longer. If this applies to your order, it will be clearly communicated on the product page before checkout.
